Why it matters
An overlooked part of workplace wellbeing
Perimenopause and menopause affect a significant part of the working population, yet it is still one of the least discussed topics in most workplaces. For many organisations, the gap is not a lack of goodwill, but a lack of confidence: managers who are not sure how to open the conversation, and policies that exist on paper but are not backed by practical understanding.
Sarah brings this into the same evidence based, commercially grounded approach she uses across her sustainable high performance work: practical, non-clinical support that helps organisations build genuine understanding, not just a box-ticking policy.

Why Sarah
A qualified coach, not a generic diversity add-on
Sarah holds a specific qualification in this area: Burrell Education's The 3rd Age Woman: Perimenopause Transition. This sits alongside her broader credentials as a UKIHCA registered health coach, a trained Mental Health First Aider, and a professional speaker with the Professional Speakers Association, and her 25 years of senior corporate leadership experience.
This is coaching and workplace education, not clinical or medical advice. Sarah does not diagnose, treat or replace a GP or specialist. Her role is to help your people understand what is happening, reduce stigma, and build the practical habits and workplace conversations that support performance and wellbeing through this transition.
What this can look like
What this can look like
There is no fixed package. What's right for your organisation depends on your workforce, your existing policies and what you are trying to achieve, and that is exactly what a discovery meeting is for. Depending on your needs, this can include:
- An awareness workshop or talk for the whole team, covering the practical realities of perimenopause and menopause at work
- A briefing for managers on how to have supportive, confident conversations
- A keynote or webinar as part of a wider wellbeing week or inclusion initiative
- 1:1 coaching for individual employees navigating this transition, commissioned as part of a workplace programme
Who this is for
Who this is for
Organisations building a genuinely inclusive people strategy, including HR directors, People leads, D&I leads and line managers who want practical confidence rather than a policy document alone.
